National Junior 12hr Race

National Junior 12 Hour Race
Saturday 27th June 2026, 8am-8pm.

Winsford Flash Sailing Club achieved a fantastic 2nd place!

There were 22 boats started what would be a gruelling 12 hour race around Southport Marine Lake.

Over these twelve hours, Zoë, Jess, Saffron, Thomas, Oliver, Fin and Jasper would sail in varied and challenging conditions battling and just being pipped to the post finishing 2nd overall.

In addition the team were :
Fastest first two laps U18
Fastest female helm and crew
Best aggregated score over 3 years
